Product Designer + Researcher
Innovation at Global Sportswear Apparel Brand (2021 – current)
Led the design and development of multiple digital products within the size + fit innovation space.
Designed an unreleased customer-facing tool with inclusivity as a priority. Involved members of affected communities directly to co-created an experience that served their needs while extending to a greater population. Conducted behavioral research to use as a guide for the final product design.
Created an internal tool to facilitate apparel designers in their work. Led extensive exploration of current working and collaboration processes between teams. Used research to define tangible benefits of building and managing a new product for stakeholders. Leveraged findings to inform product strategy and prototype design.
Experience Designer
United Healthcare (2019 – 2021)
Embedded myself within UHC’s benefits team to optimize patient lab experience. Conducted provider interviews (with HIPAA compliance in mind) to understand current pain points related to getting lab work done. Utilized findings to design an experience and prototype an app that enabled patients to find and leverage in-network labs to avoid surprise costs. Conducted workshops and presentations to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Worked internally and with a variety of Slalom’s clients to create brand guidelines and logos, design content and experiences for events, and build communication plans for various end goals.
Luxury Beauty Brand (2016 – 2018)
Graphic Designer
Managed all the visual needs of this emerging beauty brand in a fast-paced startup environment. Designed, built, and maintained the company website. Created distributor and consumer-facing print ads. Made marketing materials for brand reps which were presented to national and international investors. Developed social media strategy and directed content creation. Facilitated smooth collaboration between other designers at partner companies, such as distributors and salons.
